The SHIELD Semi-Private Training Program has had major success,
developing athletes that have achieved major success. From
earning scholarships, to making elite teams, as well as Team
Canada and World Junior Athletes. We have built an athletic

In a 6 : 1 athlete to coach ratio, SHIELD specialists create a
competitive environment to build stronger individuals. SHIELD athletes receive a training program specific to their individual
needs. Athletes train under SHIELD Specialists who instruct,
monitor, educate, and inspire.

With our Foundations Athlete Training Program, young athletes
get the tools they need to improve strength, endurance, speed,
power, and flexibility, within an exciting and fun atmosphere

We take pride in this program as it is the first learning curve in
the next generation of athletes. Our Performance Specialist`s
goals are to inspire and motivate so the young athlete leaves
with a sense success.
