what sport, to develop short-term and long-term programs

to optimize each team's physical and mental performance.  

 

We customize our programs based on the team's need and will develop integrated systems with SHIELD specialists to meet these demands.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

The SHIELD Semi-Private Training Program has had major success, 

developing athletes that have achieved major success.  From

earning scholarships, to making elite teams, as well as Team

Canada and World Junior Athletes.  We have built an athletic

program that has been proven to work.

In a 6 : 1 athlete to coach ratio, SHIELD specialists create a

competitive environment to build stronger individuals.  SHIELD athletes receive a training program specific to their individual

needs.  Athletes train under SHIELD Specialists who instruct,

monitor, educate, and inspire.

Private training is the ideal path for athletes seeking

completely individualized attention for optimal results.

 

Many of our private training clients are those who are

working towards a massive goal, are working through 

rehabilitation after an injury, or just want to find that

competitive edge and excel in their sport.
