their needs and will help them go beyond what they imagined possible. SHIELD performance coaches seek to understand each person's unique needs and provide personalized attention
to ensure each individual meets their goals.

The design of each one-on-one training session is based on an
initial consultation and previous sessions. SHIELD performance coaches will adjust programming as needed, whether than means modifying due to an injury, ramping up because a goal has been surpassed, or providing additional motivation when it is needed
most.

Semi-Private Training allows you to share the cost with a family
member or friend, while still maintaining all the benefits and
attention from personal training. By sharing your training experience with a loved one, you can motivate each
other and celebrate in each others successes.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES
This is not your average "bootcamp".

SHIELD small group classes utilize similar programming to that of
what is used with our professional and elite athletes. These classes
are structured using SHIELD`s customized training blocks, ensuring
our adult fitness clients experience training and find a strength they have never had before.
​
SHIELD performance specialists lead the class through movement preparation, core and glute activation, CNS firing, strength training, followed by fat-burning athletic circuits.
​
All levels of fitness are welcome, as our specialists will monitor and modify to those who need it, while still pushing the pace for an
intense workout.
