Jeff Gilligan (HES Hockey) This class is built to enhance all areas of your game. From Advanced Dekes, Shooting Patterns, Passing, Maneuvering, One Timers, Catch and Release. Jeff has changed the game in our community with his Elite Pure Skill program. Working with NHL players to Elite Females, and youth. Jeff has delivered success at all levels of play.
The Best way to go fast is to first Slow Down – The Pure Power Skating program is designed to support your skating ability as you grow as hockey player. There is no quick fix when it comes to skating. We focus on real game movements so you can apply what you learn in practice and bring it to a game.
